Packages

My fees are dependent on the project and determined on a number of factors such as the type of design service, scope of the project, and additional features/functionality to name a few.

The following estimates will give you a good start to understanding your budget. These cost structures are based on project time management and are an excellent reference for your consideration. Hours provided are average estimations.

Standard Website

Includes one (1) web design, up to 10 webpages, and company branding identity (if applicable). Average time management is 10 to 15 hours. $600+

eCommerce Website

Includes one (1) web design, up to 10 webpages, company branding identity (if applicable), and eCommerce script fully installed and integrated to the design. Cost is dependant on features such as PayPal integration for donation/payment or a fully functional online storefront. Average time management is 20 to 25 hours. $1,000+

Additional webpages. $20 per webpage
Content Management System. $200+
Photo Gallery (Javascript). $200+
Miscellaneous graphic design. $30 per half hour

Payment

I accept payments via PayPal, a safe and secure online payment method. PayPal accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and e-checks.

I also accept payments via INTERAC Email Money Transfer (preferred). INTERAC Email Money Transfer is quick, easy and completely secure; though only available between Canadian banks.

Personal or business cheques are also accepted and must be made to Pauline Wong as the payee. However, the project will not be released or published to the Internet until the cheque is processed and cleared.

Support

I provide a 30-day phone and email support after your website goes live. The support includes minor web page maintenance to "regular" web pages (not product pages) such as updating links, changing colours to design structure and making minor changes to page content. I am more than happy to help with the occasional question after the 30 day support period.

Website Maintenance

I offer website maintenance for new and existing clients at a rate of $30 per half hour. If you require regular updates, customized monthly or quarterly packages are available.

** All projects are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the quote.
